STL360: Wrap Text Selects Itself when Moving a Caption Shape

Windows 10. STL Version 3.94.33511.0

This has to be a defect because I do not see any benefit to this behavior.

Wrap Text selects itself when moving a Caption around on the stage. I have to go in and un-check that Wrap Text box every single time I move a Caption. And I use a lot of Captions!

This is a pain point for me because I should be able to hold the expectation that the text box settings I input remain the same and do not change on their own when I move a Caption.

Is this a known defect? Is this on the roadmap to being fixed?
