When a Storyline course includes a Results slide and is published for and presented in an LMS/LRS, the students' responses are submitted to the LMS/LRS. You'll find details about that here: https://access.articulate.com/support/article/quiz-data-sent-to-an-lms-in-articulate-storyline
How you get that info for review depends on your LMS/LRS.
If the course is just published for and presented on a web server, there's no place for the program to submit the data.
