Storyline 3 - SCORM

I am trying to publish a course and SCORM for the LMS. It goes about 1/2 through the process and then I get the message attached below. 
I have responded to the error and I haven't gotten a response. 
I have been doing this several times earlier in the week, so I'm not sure what I could be doing wrong. 
Any help is appreciated!

    Let me ask you a few questions to help you troubleshoot the issue:

    • Are you working from a local hard drive? We don't recommend working with files on a network drive.
    • Is this happening with one specific .story file or every time you try to publish your projects in Storyline?
    • Have you attempted to repair Storyline 3? Here are the instructions.

    If a repair doesn't solve the issue, or if it's specific to a file, I'd recommend opening a support case with our engineers.

    Thank you Maria. I will look at the repair instructions and go from there.
