Storyline 3 lessons stopped working after LMS update
Hi everyone,
We updated our LMS recently which lead to stopping the lesson terminate code from reaching the LMS, we have tested multiple scenarios and found it only sending the code with lessons under 15 slides, Appreciate your help and expertise in solving this.

If a recent update to your LMS has caused your courses to stop working, you can do a few things to troubleshoot the behavior.
- Test how your course behaves in a different LMS, such as SCORM Cloud. Testing in a different LMS will help tell you if the issue is specific to your LMS, or if it has something to do with your course.
- Republish your course using the latest version of Storyline 3. Sometimes, courses need to be published using the latest software to work with modern browsers and LMSs. If your courses were initially published some time ago, try republishing your courses and reuploading them to your LMS to see if this helps.
- Enable the LMS debug logs for your courses so you can get an idea of what the course is communicating in the background right before the error occurs.

Thanks for your reply, we have updated to the latest and retested, published to SCORMCloud and the course is running fine.
From what we gathered the LMS can run the course to completion if its 14 slides or less and if more the termination code is not sent, appreciate any insight or feedback if this was encountered before.
