Storyline 360 — Ai sound effect becoming inconsistent (missing/mistimed)
I have a click-to-reveal slide (base layer + 4 layers, each with its own tab/label). Each tab plays a short "click" sound via a Play Media trigger on click, and each layer plays its own narration aud...
Could be a Storyline trigger/state glitch rather than the transparent shape itself. Try duplicating the slide, then rebuild the affected audio and hide-layer triggers from scratch. Re-saving and republishing is worth a try, but a clean rebuild is usually the better test if the issue persists.
