Storyline 360: Client reports that Screen reader is reading all images as Graphic Clickable in one of my projects. How to resolve this issue?

Let me ask you a few questions to help you troubleshoot the issue:

• Do you know in which version of Storyline the course was published? 
  • We had a bug logged where JAWS adds 'clickable' when reading out the alt text of an image, and the fix was released in Update 62.
• Do you know which screen reader your client is testing the course with?
• Can you share the .story file through a support case so we can investigate this further?
