Storyline 360: Closed Captioning edits
Has anyone been having issues with closed captioning edits reverting back after being saved and after several previews?

We haven't seen any recent reports from users about issues with saving their closed caption edits, so this behavior is most likely isolated. As a troubleshooting step, please ensure you're working locally when making any edits to your Storyline 360 course. Working directly on a network drive with some form of latency has been known to cause issues with saving. If you're already working locally, try repairing your Storyline 360 installation to see if this fixes the issue.- NancyEllerma041Community Member

- Are you working locally when making edits to your captions?
- Is this happening to all of your captions, or just a few of them?
- If you're working locally, have you tried repairing your Storyline 360 installation?
If repairing doesn't work, please share a copy of your project file here or in private by opening a support case so we can test what's happening. We'll delete it when we're done!
