Storyline 360 crashes when try to copy/paste

It seems that the Slide Master has become corrupted on one of my projects. Given that we had no such issues when using it on SL2, my only assumption is that the corruption possibly occurred in the project file upgrade when it was first opened in SL3. 

I've now managed to successfully import the slides I wanted by finding another project and upgrading that to SL3 with no issues.

However, given the number of people experiencing the same issue, I would hope that Articulate are looking into this and coming up with a fix, as I don't think this is a one-off.

360 is crashing when I copy text from MS Word and try pasting onto a slide.   It shows up that SL is pasting it as a table then it crashes.   

This issue still happens and on multiple computers, so it's not hardware related. It's infuriating to lose 5-10 minutes of work because you want to play the duplicate object lottery. There must be a solution? It's been going on for over a year.

I'm sorry you keep running into this -- we never want you to lose work because of a Storyline crash. 

Does this usually happen when you duplicate an object? Does it seem to be related to a particular kind of object, like an image or text box?

It happens with either images or text, or both combined. I've tried switching to copying and pasting but the same issue arises. I'm using the latest version of Storyline 360 but like I mentioned, this has been happening off and on for a year.

Sometimes the issue won't happen for a few days and by then you're so used to your motor functions while working that when it does happen you can go a bit mad, haha.

Because of the random nature of this issue, this is an excellent opportunity for our Support team to jump in so we can investigate further! I opened a case with them where you'll be getting an email from one of our engineers with some next steps.

This is still happening. Storyline360 is crashing when we cut and paste photos.  It's really slowing us down! Is a fix pending?

First, are you noticing Storyline 360 crashing when cut and pasting every photo or just specific ones?

Secondly, is this happening in one project or multiple?
