I have some great news to share! We just released a new version of Storyline 360 (Update 102), which included a fix for the issue where AI-generated captions fail in Storyline 360's French UI version.

Submitting a ticket is a good choice. The audio sample I sent works for me and I am on the latest build, so there could be some localised issue that support can help you with.
