Storyline 360 Quiz doesn't work sometimes
My teammates and I were testing an e-learning that I built on Storyline 360. Everything works well, except the quiz sometimes doesn't let me tick the boxes, and sometimes it works. We've tested on Chrome, Firefox, Browse in Incognito mode. There is 10% of chance that the quiz section doesn't work.
Does anyone know how I can solve the problem? Thank you!
As far as I can see from the screenshot, nothing looks suspicious. I have never had such an issue with the "Pick Many" type of interaction. Would you mind uploading your file so someone else can take a look and test it for you? Alternatively, you can submit a support ticket to the Articulate staff.
