    The error logs you attached appear to contain unrelated text. Typically, when installing Articulate 360, you'll want to ensure you're running the installation under administrative privileges. During installation, the application spends the first 50% downloading the necessary installation files and the second half for the installation. Since the process is failing during the second half, please ask your IT team to run the installation using an admin account to see if this helps. 

    If you're already doing everything as an admin, follow the steps in this article to remove all Articulate 360 files from your computer and reinstall everything from scratch.
