Storyline course completion issue with Cornerstone in Demand

I understand that you're experiencing an issue with Cornerstone incorrectly marking courses as incomplete for some learners. That doesn't sound right!
If the course plays as expected for some, but not others, it's likely not an issue with the course itself. To be sure, you can test the course in SCORM Cloud.

Hi KellyAuner - we've tested our courses in SCORM cloud and they mark completion correctly. Unfortunately, CSOD still doesn't have an explanation as to why this has been happening for only a select few. This has been an ongoing issue that we've been encountering and it's quite frustrating as whenever an affected user retries the course, they are able to complete successfully without issues - which doesn't help the investigation as the issue is not replicated.
