Storyline cover photo not displaying in Review360
I have two courses with a cover photo added, but instead of displaying it in Review360, I'm just seeing a single color rectangular block, which is the main color on the left side of my chosen cover image. What am I doing wrong?

I'm happy to help! Do you have other Storyline 360 courses that you've published to Review 360? If so, is the cover photo showing for those?
By default, the first slide should be the cover photo shown in Review 360 if you haven't chosen one.
Also, which browser are you using? Have you tried viewing the Review 360 dashboard in another browser?
Hello, I have the same issue with the cover photo not showing when published to Review 360 and it is the same in any browser...what is the solution?

An audio or video file needs to be placed on the first slide of your Storyline 360 project to trigger the cover photo screen. In the screenshot below, I placed an audio file on the first slide, and this is what it looks like when I open the course in Review 360:Without a media file present in the first slide, it will automatically load its contents, skipping the cover photo screen.
