Storyline crashes every time I record an audio
Everytime I record an audio storyline freezes and is unresponsive, I need to shut down using task manager

Sorry to hear you're running into this freezing issue; I know how frustrating it can be when this happens. To rule out if this is a bug of the product, I tried recording a short audio in Storyline 360 using the Record Mic feature as shown below; the audio was recorded without any errors. I attached my sample project with the recorded audio for reference.
If the freezing still happens and you're working on your local drive, try running these steps to fix possible installation issues.
