Storyline double-click trigger results in blue screen only in full-screen mode
I have a few 'try mode' stories with double-click actions which work fine, but when I view them in full-screen mode, double-clicking turns the screen blue. I thought it might be a glitch in the Rise...

Was there ever a solution found for this we are experiencing the same issue? the blue screen almost appears like a highlight and when the screen is clicked it goes away but there is an incorrect pop up as a result of clicking.

It sounds like you are utilizing Try Mode for your recording and the blue screen appears only when viewing in full screen. Is that correct?
Where are you experiencing this issue? It would be great to know if this is occurring in preview or when using one of our publishing options.
It would be helpful to take a closer look at your .story file to see about that incorrect pop-up you mentioned. Feel free to share your file in this thread or privately in a support case so we can investigate further.
