What is your default browser? Have you tried adjusting your browser settings? If you're comfortable sharing your file with us, we can test it out on our end. You can upload it here or privately in a support case, and we'll delete it from our systems once troubleshooting is complete.

We create for Edge, Chrome, Firefox, and Safari. Edge is the current culprit. I'll submit a support case.
