Storyline not completing in Firefox

Hi ShelHoltz you could be in a spot of bother here. It is possible that there have been "breaking" browser updates from Firefox in between the version of Storyline you are using being released and the current version of Firefox.
You would need to look at the browser console on the problem slide (where completion should be sent) in order to determine what is causing the issue. You usually access the browser console by selecting F12. You'd need to look at any red messages that look related to completion. You should be able to make the error for exiting the course occur every time you select the button.
As the issue is occurring with the publishing content and you are bound by the version of Storyline you have installed, there won't be a great deal you can do, but I may be able to offer some suggestions if I was able to take a look at the content and see the errors. Sometimes a bit of JavaScript magic can resolve the issue.
