Storyline Preview and Modern Player not previewing
I have an issue where my project storyline x64 not previewing content through Preview and also not through Modern Player.
Through Preview I get a black screen.
On Modern Player I get the 3 dots but nothing more.
Preview was working in the morning but then it stopped working after lunch. I have 2 other colleagues that have the same issue.
I am on the latest version 3.102.35072.0
Has anyone else have this issue?

Hi, I just started using Storyline and encountered the same issue on my first project (version 3.103.35301.0). Were you able to resolve this?
Hi JENFONG-4a4c3a2! This isn't expected and can sometimes occur when a specific object is corrupt. Does the preview load if you only preview one slide rather than the entire project? As Steven shared, working locally is also important! You'll want to make sure your .story file is saved to your local drive when working on it to prevent any latency issues.

I'm sorry to hear you and your team are having trouble previewing and publishing a Storyline course!
I'm not seeing any downtime reported for Storyline or Review, so it's possible the behavior could be related to your environment. Are you experiencing this issue across all .story files, or is it specific to one project?
If you've confirmed that you're working with locally-stored project files, and repairing Storyline doesn't help please share a copy of the affected .story file so we can take a closer look. Feel free to upload that here in the discussion or privately through a support case.

Now for an update:
Publish to Review 360 is also not working and I dont get any prompt as why this is happening
