Storyline Quiz- Unclickable Radio Button
Hello!
I have used Storyline 360 to create a couple of scenarios. At the end of the scenario, I'm inserting a graded question. After I create the question and preview it once, it seems to work. But the second, third, forth, etc. time I preview the question, it doesn't allow me to click on the radio button. Am I doing something wrong? Could anybody help me troubleshoot?
Thanks so much!

Is this happening when you move off the slide and back in preview? It it is a graded question you may need to set the slide to reset to initial state

Yes, that's correct. How do I set the the slide to reset to the initial state? Sorry, I'm very new to this :)

Hm, I've tried that and it still isn't letting me select an answer.
Hi McKenna,
I'm happy to jump in here!
I recorded a quick demo to show you how to reset the slide to the initial state when revisiting. If after following these steps, the course still isn't playing as expected, I'd like to take a closer look at your file to investigate what's going on. You can upload your .story file here or share it privately in a support case, and we'll be sure to delete it from our systems once troubleshooting is complete!

Hi Kelly,
I really appreciated the quick demo- but I've reset it to the initial state and am still having issues. I uploaded it privately in a support case (#03890039).
I will note, I'm on the free trial right now. I'm finishing up the process of purchasing with my department, so perhaps that's playing into it?
Thanks so much!
Hi, McKenna!
You should still be able to create a course without issue even while using a free trial! I see you've connected with my teammate, Mark, which is great! It looks like this issue is related to an image blocking an answer choice, and they sent you instructions on how to resolve this. If you have additional questions, please don't hesitate to reach out to Mark in your support case!
