I have a 360 image and have been trying to connect the markers to the triggers but the markers don't show up in the options when creating the trigger. They used to before not sure what's wrong right now. Is there any solution to work around this?
You do have to add the trigger for markers from within the 360° editor - not on the base layer of the slide itself. Could that be the problem? If you're looking at your slide, and you see the "Edit 360° Image" button in the middle of the picture, try clicking on that, open up the editor, and add your trigger for the markers!
I think there was something wrong with the way I imported slides from another storyline file that disabled that function. It's sorted now Thank you
