Storyline Video File Size limits changed?

Recently I'm having a lot of trouble inserting video clips into my Storyline projects. 

Although this article says the limit is 5 GB, I can't get anything past 2GB to be inserted. 

I'm using MP4 format through Corel Video Studio at 1080p 30fps. I did not have this issue in the past - although I don't know how long it has been since the last time I tried to insert a 2GB file. 

Anyone else having issues?
