I can confirm that I am not seeing the same behavior on my end. Since the issue appears to be isolated to your installation of Storyline 360, try doing a repair to see if this helps. This procedure is different from a normal reinstall, and makes sure that your application is installed properly under the correct user permissions.
If the issue persists, open a case with our support team here so we can take a closer look at what's happening.
