Successfactors Users Question regarding mobile learning
Hello!
I wanted to see if there are any SuccessFactors LMS users out there? We're trying to test the function of mobile, and downloading a course so that when staff are not connected to wifi/cellular, they can still complete trainings and we're not seeing an easy way to do that.
Any help is greatly appreciated!
If you do find an easy way to do that, you might consider starting a side job... (-;
We use both Windows and iOS devices in our company, and while neither user must download a course to play within SuccessFactors, we have seen that iPad users generally have no issues with playing courses. I would suspect that attempting to download a play a course offline from the network would potentially create a good deal of heartburn and hair-pulling on the part of your LMS admin team, though. There's no way to sync the completions effectively that I know of.
If you are really wanting the users to work offline, you may just want to publish to HTML and have them take a screenshot to show completions.
Thanks Joe! We are at the heartburn stage of it, so when the hair-pulling begins, we'll just print off copies and hand it to them.
