Suggested Improvement to Review 360 for Rise

As the SME reviews the Rise course (typically scrolling from top-down) and provides comments, those comments display/compile on the right bottom-up. This causes HUGE challenges when trying to align comments with the actual course content to make the appropriate changes.

When I see a course with multiple comments (20+), I know the next several hours are going to be a challenge as I align those comments with the course content. I even have SMEs inform me they become confused themselves as their edits display bottom-up in the Comments box while they scroll top-down.

One suggestion is to have the comments build top-down instead of bottom-up. That's one way to make the update process easier for the developer.

Another suggestion is to add something to Review 360 similar to the Rise Block Template feature.

The SME can select the content, enter a comment, and Review 360 connects the two making it easier for the developer to associate the comment with the Rise content.

Don't know if this has ever been suggested, but a feature like this would dramatically improve the update process.
