Supervisor approval or sign off

In my training program we have evolutions that are required to be observed and completed.  Currently the completion of the evolution is submitted via email to the supervisor. When approved it is sent to me for entry into our Power Bi Program.

We also have the same process for monthly training completed on a different platform. Upon completion the Course certificate is sent to me for entry into Power Bi.

Lots of Admin time doing manual entry.

I have developed courses for the evolutions to ensure consistency and would like to incorporate a text block for feedback on what they learned and to capture any lessons learned for course improvement. Another option would be to attach a write up of what they learned. Not sure how to do either in Rise or Storyline.

Is there a way to have a supervisor sign off on the completion of the evolution or monthly training?

    For the feedback you could create a form in MS Forms and embed in a Rise Embed block. Use power automate to link submitted forms to an approvals process that updates a SharePoint list or excel spreadsheet. Then point your Power BI at the list or spreadsheet and it will refresh automatically.
