Team Folder section missing from Rise360 side navigation

Hi,
we are facing a problem with the team folders.

We recently added a new team member to our team and share some team folders with him. 
The problem is that he cannot see the team folders on the Rise 360 page. When you click on "Rise 360" in the top navigation - it's the section that you see on the left side, below "All Content", "Shared with me" and "My shortcuts".

In my opinion it cannot have anything to do with access rights because he can indeed see the courses that are in these folders when he clicks on "All Content". Also when he chooses "Move" on a course, he can see the team folders. And on Review 360, he can properly see the team folders.

So how do we can the team folder hierarchy to be visible on the Rise360 page as well?

    I was wondering if there was a resolution to this?  I have the same problem as well.
