Testing Branching Scenarios

Does anyone have any templates or best practices for testing branching scenarios? We have a separate team who will be performing functional testing for our courses and we want to make sure they are thoroughly testing the branching.

    If they can't be given a flowchart, or storyboard and trusted to follow it, then your hiring or documentation process is the problem.
