Text Entry reporting to LMS

Could be your SCORM version? Are you publishing to SCORM 2004?

Have you tried publishing to SCORM Cloud to remove your LMS configuration from the equation?
Also, here is a thread you might find useful as an Articulate staff member is responding to a similar issue in the last day or so.
