Text to Speech problems
Hello everyone!
Happy to share that we've just released a new update for Storyline 360!
In Update 126, we've included essential fixes and new features. We've released a fix for:
- Closed caption text was missing after updating or regenerating an AI voice.
Launch the Articulate 360 desktop app on your computer to take advantage of this update, and click the Update button next to Storyline 360. You’ll find our step-by-step instructions here.

Sorry to hear that you've also encountered this setback.
I've linked this discussion to the bug report, and we'll update you as soon as a fix is in place. To work around this behavior, we suggest creating a duplicate of the Slide and deleting the Text-to-Speech. Then, manually copy the Text-to-Speech from the original slide and paste it onto the duplicate slide.
