Text-to-speech
Hi Andrew!
So sorry for the trouble! One of our providers had an outage that impacted text-to-speech in Storyline 360. Their services are operational, so you shouldn't run into any issues now.

Thank you for your response. Of course, after over an hour of trying to fix the situation on my own, then deciding to post my dilemma, I returned working on my project and the text-to-speech slowly cleared up.
Thanks again for the help, I like having the community to turn to for assistance.
