What to do when you use Text-to-Speech for captions, but have to spell a word phonetically?
I'm working on a piece for a nursing simuation program. One aspect of doing simulations is "moulage" - for pronunciation, please see https://www.howtopronounce.com/moulage.
I am using text to speech to narrate the slides, partially for caption generation. Here's the problem. To get the narration correct, I have to spell "moulage" phonetically (a challenge I haven't completely met yet) which messes up the captions.
I hope that I'm missing an easy fix here. Does anyone have ideas on what I can do to resolve this issue?
Thanks,

once the audio is generated, open the caption editor and edit the caption this will not regenerate the audio

As Phil already said, you need to edit the words with this issue in the caption (you select the audio of the voiceover, the Edit caption and you have to do it one by one (it can be a pain, but it is the only way).

Thanks! Fortunately, I won't have to do it often. :-)
