Timeline not in sync with Audio
I thought I saw a post on this recently, but I can't find it. I have a timeline that should pause at a cue point. I need to set the cue point at least 3 seconds after the audio stops for it to work. I noticed everything on the timeline is out of sync. This is a .story file that was published over 3 years ago I'm updating with some new audio in other slides.
Has anyone else having this issue or do I need to put a case in for this?

Yes I update each time, and this has only happened since the last update.

Hello,
My team and I have been experiencing a major issue with our all projects. Since the October updates, the audio has been out of sync when published or viewed in Review mode. This is a serious problem for us because our e‑learning courses contains animations and narrations.
Notably, the issue occurs the first time a module is viewed in the LMS or in Preview/Review 360; if we play it a second time, the audio syncs correctly. We have more than 2,000 learners viewing these courses with a certification, which represents a huge problem for us. I’ve also noticed several similar reports in the community. But the problem is still there.
This situation is damaging to our credibility and quality of our work—and, by extension, to Articulate’s. It appears to be getting worse over time. We consider this issue critical and would appreciate a prompt fix.
Thank you Articulate Staff
Hello BiRomero,
Thank you for sharing these details. I'm sorry you and your team have been experiencing this behavior for some time. I can absolutely understand how frustrating and concerning this must be, particularly when it affects both learner experience and confidence in your content.
I see that you've opened a support case and that you're working with my colleague Enelluar. You're in excellent hands! We'll continue the conversation over in your case, so everything is in one spot!
