Timing out issues
When a learner dips in and out of the module or the quiz, they are getting timed out. Modules are shared via a link and not through an LMS system. How can I extend the time as some of my training requires a longer session? Currently, it seems to be set at half an hour, regardless of how long the module is.
I suggest brownies to the IT department, because they are the ones who control the timing of the file server.
