touch screen interface on 360 content.
Articulate should really stepup and ensure touchevents work on every device.

I agree. I can say that maybe some devices work different from others. I am not too familiar with how certain devices accept touch inputs. Like is there a standard for Windows and Mac machines? Android and Apple phones? Touch Monitors? iPads? And everything in between. I'm not sure there is a standard.
What gave us a "gotcha" moment in testing were the 360 image experiences on my phone that resulted with no issues in touch inputs. So we thought we were ok.
However, the touch monitor our client received later did not work when they tested the experience on it. So, now we're scrambling to get it to work on their display. The above notes did help but sometimes it would work and sometimes not. For me, Chrome was the best option most re-creatable.
I had a similar issues on my Cinque drawing monitor so that's how I learned how to troubleshot a solution. But I can install drivers for that but not all monitors use drivers to accept these inputs. Some my use whatever is provided in Windows OS I'm guessing but don't quote me on that. - CarlFink119 days agoCommunity Member
Hey, Math. Long time no see. (I left the Trivantis forums back when they were still Trivantis, before the merger.) Hope you're doing well.
Yeah, that's very silly. Why ignore the entire iPad and Android tablet market when you just handed them the required JavaScript to support them?
