Tracking progress using Rise web export in Storyline

Hello,

We're building a series of Rise modules with multiple chapters each. We had planned on placing the modules in Storyline and driving the content with an open-navigation interactive menu and scene set up: Make a choice, jump to a Rise module that constitutes a Storyline scene. Using the Web export option works very well, but does not allow storyline to remember what chapters a user has completed within a module.

The packaged Rise pieces probably need to be exported for LMS in order for them to report tracking info, but I know no way to launch a SCOMR object from within a SCORM object. 

Has anyone had any success in implementing this structure?
