Transfer of Storyline files
Hello, I was advised by an email from Articulate 360 that my manager transferred contents from another teammate to me but I cannot find those Storyline files. I have read several blogs about transferring but I am still unable to locate those files. Can you help?

Joe is correct! Please reach out to our team directly using a support case and we can figure out where the files were transferred to.
A quick reminder - Storyline 360 projects are saved locally and not included when transferring content. That being said, you might have to check with the previous user to see if they can still access the files on their local drive and share them with you directly.
