Translation Import Fail

Hi There, 

I've been having issues trying to import back my translated .xlif file into Rise. I know the course hasn't changed, and we followed the steps to ensure that. 

Would you be able to help me troubleshoot this? We've been trying for a few days now.

    Hi Lisa,

    Typically, XLIFF files fail to import to Rise because the target course is not where it was originally exported.  If you have already followed the steps listed here, we'd like you to open a case with us to help investigate this issue.  Cheers!
