Trimming Video Using the Video Editor
I have a video that was created for another project that I would like to reuse. I have tried to trim the video using the Video Editor but so far I am only able to trim the beginning and end of the video. Is there a way to trim something out of the middle using Video Editor?

The only way I have been able to discover is to duplicate the video on the slide and then trim the 1st video to end at the beginning of what you want to crop out. Then on the duplicate trim off the front to the end of the cropped section.
Then move the duplicate video in your timeline and have the beginning of that video match the end of the original.
But your best option is to have an external video editing software program.

Absolutely! To trim a section from the middle of your video, look for a "cut" or "split" feature in your editor. Once you locate the part you want to remove, you can cut it out and then merge the remaining clips together. If you're still having trouble, let me know what software you're using, and I might be able to help further!
