Trying to Create Review File
I have done this dozens of times with no issue but with a specific course I am getting this prompt when I try to create a review file. Anyone else had this issue? Have I done something here that is causing this?

Hi Deborah,
I usually have a lot of tabs open on my browser, but sometimes it causes a little trouble. I'd recommend using an incognito window, or closing out some tabs and giving your browser cache a refresh.
