Review version clearer

Hi,

When I make revisions in Rise based on Review comments, I post responses. This then leads team members to think that I have published the correction from Rise, when I haven't yet done that. 

One UI solution would be to make the publication date of the current version in Review prominent, so that it's easier to compare the comment date with the version date.
