trying to open Rise and "something went wrong" error message
I can't open my Rise courses, I keep getting an error message that something went wrong

I'm unable to reproduce the issue using Chrome. Can I ask which browser you're using and if trying a different browser makes a difference? Testing in incognito or private mode may also help. I'm curious if this happens with multiple courses or just one. As a next step, please try clearing your browser cache and let me know if issue persists!

I tried in Chrome and Safari on macbook. I could previously login from there about a month ago

As my teammate Kelly shared, it would be helpful to know if clearing your browsers cache, or using an incognito/private browser window has any effect on the behavior. If those additional steps don't do the trick, please connect with our team through a support case.
