turn off notifications for commentators
Hello,
We use Rise and allow colleagues to comment without personal accounts. We process these comments and mark them as "Done" to document completion. A new review link is created only after addressing all comments. However, commentators receive an email notification of completion beforehand, which they are not expecting. Is it possible to turn off these notifications?

Reviewers can mute or turn off email notifications. To do that, they need an Articulate ID, but they don't need to be members of any Articulate 360 subscription.
