Turning tables into something more engaging and examples

I am just in a blank space and looking for a poke of a fresh idea. I have a long table (several of them) with appropriate and inappropriate actions and an example. I am trying to think...
HI Teresa, You could use a customized drag and drop (if it needs to be accessible there are examples of drag and drop with accessibility (click, click to match), or variables.

P.S. also for example a course with a journal/notes area where by the viewer can write their ideas and print/email it to themselves, or at the least have it handy while taking the course to refresh their memory.
