Unable to connect to characters
I am able to connect fine for photos, illustrations, and icons but cannot connect to characters - not sure exactly how to trouble shoot this.
OS is Mac (Big Sur 11.6.1) running the latest version of Parallels.
I am getting the error message to check my Internet connection (which is also fine). I am accessing with Chrome.
