Unable to include space and break in input field after published as Web & Scorm

I'd like to have a better understanding of your project when working in Storyline 360. Could you please share in more detail what your text entry fields currently look like? Screenshots are great as well!

When inserting a Data Entry Field, if you only have one single line for the text entry field included, it is expected behavior that you will not have access to the enter key and will be unable to insert multiple lines of text in your text entry when viewing the course. It will only show one single line of text. 

• To add multiple lines to your text entry field and enable the enter key, you just need to drag the text entry box to change the shape of the text entry field.
•  Here's a quick look at what I'm experiencing when testing this out on my end with one row vs. multiple rows.
