Thanks for reaching out and I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing this issue! I'm happy to help troubleshoot and have a few clarifying questions to start.
- Are you working from your local drive? Working from a network drive can cause erratic behavior.
- I understand you see an error message that reads, "An error occurred, and articulate may shut down," but it doesn't shut down. What happens instead? Can you please share a screen recording of what you're seeing?
Since other modules are working as expected, this leads me to believe the issue is specific to this course. Are you willing to share your .story file with us so we can take a closer look? You can upload it here or share it privately in a support case. We'll delete it from our systems once troubleshooting is complete!
