Unable to upload images
Hello,
I am attempting to add images to my Rise course and I keep receiving an error message, or it times out. I receive a message "There was an issue uploading. Please try again". This is not specific to any one image as I have not been able to add a single image; today is my first time using Rise. I am using Chrome as a browser. Would anyone happen to have any troubleshooting suggestions? I have cleared my cache, restarted my computer, tried local version of the images, but no luck. I can't even change the default image to one in the content library.
Thank you.
Kind regards,
Deanna

Hello,
I am unable to upload an image in my RISE articulate document. This is the first tie I am facing the issue. Have tried with both JPG and PNG formats. Please help.
Hi Charlotte! Sorry to hear that you're having trouble uploading images. I would suggest checking the following:
- the image is less than 5 GB- you're using a standard naming format; no special characters or spaces, no long names
- you're using the latest version of a supported browser: Edge, Safari, Firefox, Chrome.
If all checks out, please try renaming your file and clearing your browser cache.
Here's how to do it for your browser:

This issue of not being able to load images or media into Rise 360 is happening to me. While a fix was implemented 3 years ago, it's now happening again. Can you refer me to help?

Hello! I'm having issues with uploading any images or videos of my own to Rise360. This issue never occurred before for me. I already logged in and out of my account as well as cleared my cache and cookies.
I can't even upload a file here of the screenshot/video I took of my Rise360 issue.
Please help!

Hi Krista! Sorry to hear that you can't upload any images or videos of your own to Rise 360.
Some questions for you:
- Are you getting a specific error?
- Are you connected to VPN?
- May I know what browser you are using? Please update it to the latest version if you haven't yet, and try uploading an image or a video again. Also, try other supported browsers. Does the issue happen to only one browser or all?
- Lastly, please try to go into Incognito mode (Windows: Press Ctrl + Shift + n. Mac: Press ⌘ + Shift + n) Do you still get the same issue when in Incognito?
If you've done these steps, and you're still having trouble, please open a support case with us so that a technical support engineer can work with you directly.
