Use of braces {} in question distractor causes an error

I have a Storyline quiz question with the following distractor: They are denoted by braces ({}) on each end of the list.

Storyline gives me an error when trying to publish. Is there anyway around this?

    Hello Sean

    I am not able to replicate using {} in my quiz questions.  I might be misunderstanding your use case.  Can you share your slide that is causing the problem?
