Variable not triggering layer reveal
Hi,
I have a client at the moment complaining that their employees (2 out of 695) are unable to progress past a slide in their e-learning package. I have attached the slide along with a second one...
Not the best design as what happens if the user opens one of the layers 3 times?
I would remove the variable and control this using a visited state on each of the objects and then show the question layer on the close button if all are visited.
Doesn't fix your problem which I think is an anomaly off the number of users. But the design change will ensure the users view all of the content.
