Very blurry text and images in Chrome HTML5
I am using Storyline 360 and publishing HTML5 only. My client uses Chrome only. Every image and all text is unacceptably blurry.
Attached is an image of a screen from the course. On the left is HTML5 in Chrome, and on the right is Flash. Even the "Next" button is blurry.
I see in other discussions that this is a known issue. What is the timeline for fixing this? I will no longer be able to support this client unless we can get a fix soon, as they are quite dissatisfied with the current state.

Still nothing? Passed about 6 months from the 360 update..
Hi Daniel,
Our team is working through the final preparation of Storyline 3 Update 7, and that will include fixes you've seen released to Storyline 360 as of Update 30.
We're careful about testing new updates to make sure we don't put other elements at risk, so we'll be locking this down soon and targetting a release date next week. The team will post here once it's live, ready to download and install. We'll also post an updated copy of the Storyline 3 release notes, which will list fixed issues.
Please let me know if you have other questions.

Thanks!
- RenGomezStaffHi Everyone,Good news! We just released Update 7 for Storyline 3! Here are the details. It includes the fix we made in Storyline 360 that addresses an issue where text and images could be blurry when viewing a course in Google Chrome or Safari. Please download the latest version and let us know if you have any questions, either here or by reaching out to our Support Engineers directly.

We were already forced to upgrade to SL360, as this fix took too long. The standalone versions of Storyline are useless this way. Please make clear to people that if they buy SL3 they'll have less support.
But good news for the people that are still using SL3!

Is the blurry text in HTML5 output 100% confirmed to be fixed in Storyline 3? Are there any plans to fix this in Storyline 2?
Hi Alexander!
The vast majority of our customers are using Articulate 360, so that’s where we’re putting our focus. We’re also delivering periodic updates for Storyline 3, the most current perpetual version of Storyline. In short, we will not be releasing a bug fix for Storyline 2.
Thanks for checking in!

Hi there!
I have a course published in SL360 and listed below are the two issues that persists with HTML5 output.
1. Some of the texts are blurred while some of them are sharp in Google chrome. But if we view it in full screen mode all texts are looking fine.
2. Some of the clickable images are getting jerk in hover/selected state. This is not happening while viewing it in full screen mode.
I am guessing, these are happening due to the HTML5 rendering has problem in SL360.
Could you guys help me with these?

Sorry to say this.. But this is the fact.. It's not yet addressed by articulte community. So, i'm somehow convinced our clients on this issue to check them on full screen mode.Let me know if you find any solution or workaround for this.. I don't think articulate will fix this issue..Thanks.Sent from my Huawei phone
Hi Siraj!
We can definitely assist! Would you mind also sharing a screen recording of what you're seeing?
Also, are you seeing this occur in a specific browser or all browsers?
Hi there, Andrzej and Siraj!
We're happy to look into the text's quality. For the next steps, are you both comfortable with separately sharing a sample .story file for testing?
It'll help us get a clear picture of what you're experiencing, and we'll delete the course after. We'll also review the slide dimensions.
